Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Sebagai Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter di SMPN 1 Cisurupan

Character education is the main focus of the government in formulating solutions to various problems faced by students. This study was conducted to explore the character values of students through Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 1 Cisurupan and to examine the extent to which the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers applies aspects related to character values with Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The main theory that we took from various relevant sources, both journals and articles, so that this study has strong supporting evidence with other studies.
