Abstract

This study aims to determine how the relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem for fresh graduates in universities in finding a job. This research approach is quantitative using the correlation method. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem for alumni in finding a job.  This is evidenced by the results of the Pearson's moment correlation test which is at a positive level (rxy) = 0.231. Then the t test shows that t count (2.28) > t table (1.988) at a significance level of 0.05. The average level of self-efficacy for fresh graduates who have good mastery experience is 92.9%. Furthermore, the level of the average value of self-esteem for alumni who have a feeling of competence is 84.7% and the indicator of feeling valuable is 97.6% and 81.2%.
