This study aims to analyze the crisis management approach in creating a safe and inclusive school environment through a literature review. The study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method by reviewing books, scientific articles, policy documents, and various literature relevant to crisis management and educational environments. Data were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify, compare, and synthesize concepts and findings from previous studies. The results indicate that crisis management is a strategic approach encompassing the stages of risk identification, prevention, response, recovery, and continuous evaluation. In the educational context, the implementation of crisis management can strengthen school governance through the development of anti-bullying policies, effective communication, collaboration among stakeholders, and the reinforcement of a safe and inclusive school culture. This approach also supports schools in systematically addressing various risks and challenges while enhancing their preparedness to respond to crisis situations. This study emphasizes that crisis management can serve as a conceptual framework for strengthening school organizational resilience while supporting the creation of a safe, adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment.
